At Rugged Coast Expeditions, our mission is to provide you with an unforgettable adventure experience that connects people with the story of this place and this place with the story of you. We purpose to educate, infatuate, ignite curiosity, and initiate the discovery of the amazing life on this coast. We believe that adventure tourism helps humanity reawaken to the life fostering systems that sustain us. We believe that exposure to the beauty of this untamed coast greatly impacts the human spirit . This results in a sense of peace and ultimately value and appreciation for the tapestry of life surrounding us and inside us. Beauty points us to a story bigger than ourselves. Our mission is to discover our place in that story while learning a whole lot, gaining new skills, and enjoying the adventure that calls us seaward. Located in the Powell River/Qathet region, RCE offers adventure education and wildlife tours via zodiac that cater to all types of interests. We travel on a one of a kind ex-military custom RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat). Our most popular tours are 2-2.5hr duration and will include wildlife viewing + education, anthropomorphic history, geo
